Had a great drive thru experience here. Restaurant is very bright and welcoming, and seemed to have plenty of staff working. Staff gave us good service and the food was good. We couldn’t have been happier.

Ordered food for the family through Grubhub. Took 90 minutes. Frosty melted. All food cold, like outside temperature cold. Half order missing. All condiments ordered wrong.
I love Wendy's when the crew does it right! Sad to say, on my last visit here, I did not love Wendy's. The food was not fresh. It was still tasty, but it was on the verge of becoming \chili meat\, if you know what I mean. The employees were on and off their phones multiple times during busy service hours. The dining room needed some attention. There was a DISGUSTING \wet floor\ sign in the aisle; the floor was dry. There wasn't any music playing in the dining room. There were ratty paper signs taped to the doors. And finally, the trash cans were overflowing which caused the parking lot to look like it neighbored a land fill. However, the design of this particular store was very nice! There is some great potential here if only the right person were to manage it. It surely isn't the greasy dud that made a single 10 second appearance from the back of the store during the 30 minutes we were here. Someone needs to come in and CLEAN HOUSE (literally and figuratively)!!
This Wendy’s has the best customer service a d food hands down!!! During a dinner rushed only waiting 5 mins total! Great job guys! The new management rocks here to get you y’all back in track!
Heard the breakfast was good, so I went to the drive thru this morning. The employees were friendly/professional. But I found a very long hair inside my croissant (no chance it's mine--my hair is nowhere near that long).
