With DR. Fernz being absent, Dr R CHAVIS took over, great Dr as well as a person. He actually cares. After he left for a month or so, they had some FNP who was very rude, uncaring, who gave a scripts then took them back.. I got nothing that month. Not even a chance to b tappered. Very uncaring. She did say go to ER. She wanted a new MRI, like MRIs are cheap. SMH. I submitted all kinds of test results from drs. Yet her response was I had nothing n my file. But yet I got my scripts for that period of time. There responsible for getting my file from previous Dr. I signed medical releases on my first visit two yrs ago. Finally I was discharged fir no apparent reason.. passed my drug screen and all every visit. They later determined I was never suppose to been seen... Really!!!! The staff , well one n particular, front desk Ms Lynn discussed my medical info with out my authorization . With someone from.. NC medical licensing board. A direct violation of HIPPA. We will c who has the last laugh. . Dr. Chavis sorry but u were also talked about n a terrible way..

I been going there for 7 years for pain treatment and today I was told I couldn’t get my medication cause they didn’t find any in my system. First I had been very sick for two days before I went in. Kids had a virus I picked it up. When I took the month test last month the test show nothing in my system. I told them what was happening with me back then. They wait till today after I paid 300 for Xrays and the doctor visit To go else where for care. That’s not fair.
