Having to devein my own cooked shrimp is unacceptable & disgusting. I will not order shrimp from here again.
We walked in the sign says seat yourself,which we did. After doing that we waited for 10 minutes if not longer for someone to come and take our drink and food order. Get our food and was basically forgotten about. I had to take my boyfriend cup up to the counter and run someone down to refill his drink. Once his cup finally made it back to the table,it hardly had any ice in it. So needless to say the service sucked really bad.
Worst experience at this place ever!! Had to go find someone to ask for more tea and the rest of my order, only one person waiting tables and the other girl wasn't doing anything at all besides stand behind the counter and sway her hips...
They have no idea what medium rare steak means. Service is hit or miss lately. The place is usually pretty clean, though. The tea is good. Food comes fairly quickly.
Love the food also they have friendly service.
I went to this twice once on a Sunday and again on a Tuesday. The food is good but the cashier on Tuesday allowed 2 people jump ahead of me in line then she allowed an additional 6 people skip ahead of me in line. The cashier said please allow these people to checkout first. The 8 people allowed ahead of me in line were white. Guess I wasn’t a light enough skin tone so 8 people skipped ahead of me in line. I will never eat here again.
Went there and ordered a niruto very good dish from there. I went with 2 friends and the waitress and another lady stood there and told me how bad it looked. One even said that “it looked up to my taste” . I pay to sit and eat in peace not to hear people’s thoughts of what I eat. Do your job and serve.
