I was very impressed with the whole experience of working with this company! My emails were promptly responded to, and an appointment set up within days. Marty arrived early for the appointment, came right in and got to work, engaged in friendly conversation and did a wonderful job! Used natural products that smell and clean so good! I will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Martin showed up promptly at the time of the appointment, determined how best to do the job and completed the cleaning in a timely fashion. His service and the results were much better than I expected. I will not be looking for anyone else in the future, I will definitely be a returning customer. Wow! I wasn't expecting such great results! I've had 3 other carpet cleaning businesses come to my house over the years and I have never had such fresh, clean carpet! Northernhills Green Steam took the time to locate my problem areas and pretreated the smelly spots from pets. He took the time to listen to my concerns. I was surprised on how quickly my carpet dried as well! They use high heat with powerful suction which did wonders. I no longer smell urine in the corner of my living room and my dull carpet came back to life. So fluffy afterwards! I'm also relieved to know that the cleaning products on my carpet DID NOT leave any chemical or smelly after odor! I definitely like the biodegradable greener option for my family of 8.

Martin was thorough and professional. He moved furniture to get a thorough job done. He also worked hard to discover the source of a pet odor using an ultraviolet light to find the offending spots . I will absolutely use his services again.

When I showed up to my new apartment late in the day and discovered my apartment smelled of cat pee I was quite upset. All I could think about was how am I going to fix this and move into my apartment on time. That night I did a little diggling to find a carpet cleaner that I thought could do the job right. Northern Hills Green Steam saved my life by squeezing me in that same morning and doing a fanominal job on the carpets.
