George provided an excellent service today. He arrived 30 minutes after i contacted him to fix my mum's heating. He had diagnosed and fixed the problem within 20 mins of arriving! He was incredibly polite, professional and took the time to explain the problem and what he was going to do. I would highly recommend and use again :)
