I initially started filing bankruptcy last year and they were taking payments from me every paycheck until I lost my job in July. I was informed that they hadn’t received any payments from me and that my case was getting dismissed, after reaching out to my hr dept and everything my case was dismissed. I received a check for the balance they said was never received. I’m confused on how my case was dismissed if you all received my payments. Bad business.
