I was employed by Quay Personnel and to be honest I was reluctant to give an employment agency the time of day due to past experiences, pay wrong, life dangled on a string and constantly made to feel like you're worthless and just a number. However, Quay Personnel and my boss Jonathan have changed my view completely, he (Jonathan) was always at hand, always answered, always helped with anything that he could, was never fobbed off with what I wanted to hear. Its been a pleasure working for Quay Personnel and if anyone is in need of work and reluctant to give an agency a try, try this one. Can't rate this as no stars. When working for the company they are all fine with you. When you no longer work for them and ask them for p45 and holiday pay. It's down to you to chase quay personnel for what sny normal company with do when you finish employment with them. And there account for pay role only works two days so if you have any mess ups good look having money sorted, need to wait to the following week which doesn't pay your bills. Avoid if possible. Another agency also told me they really bad with paying for holidays when i signed up with them. Just make sure you get your money might be a fight though.
