I continue to give this company a chance at servicing my insurance needs, but everytime a policy is up for renewal, it's a complete mess. No communication, surprise increases in my rate, required documentation the agent says isn't required, asking for documents immediately late on a Friday night, ignoring emails, blaming their systems. They always have an excuse for an issue, and it's never their fault. It's the insurance company's, or their system, or 'the Internet'... Now with Michigan's auto insurance changes, the issues have grown exponentially. They either need to correct my issues, or I will gladly pay more to receive real service and support.

Ron or his staff always seemed to personally answer the phone. Easy to work with. They found me the lowest cost auto insurance I've ever had in Michigan. I would recommend them to anyone. Ask about the option of paying for the whole year up front. I had no idea you can save so much money with some carriers by putting it on you card at the beginning of the term. Sweet! Get a quote and see. Nothing to loose.
