I only give them 4 out of 5 stars because I think their communication can improve when your cars in the shop and your wondering whats going on with it or when it will be done. Its really nice though that they will lend you one of their cars there when yours is in the shop. I wasn't even aware they did this till they were handing me the keys. I also trust their judgment. You pay more but you get the service you pay for! Overall they have better then good ford customer service and you can trust what their saying!

Let me start by saying these guys are excellent! I had a 2019 Challenger that I desperately needed out of. I bought it with virtually no incentives, and when the prices were high even for new. They had a brand new Mustang GT that was in the color I wanted, and when I set to make a deal these guys wanted the business. The previous dealer offered me 32k for my trade. These guys offered me near 9k more for my trade - AND on top of that gave me as many discounts and incentives as possible. They were not pushy or arrogant. This was also when COVID 19 had started to become an issue. They allowed me to do mostly everything remotely as far as paperwork, and when I came to do the change it took less than 10 minutes. Great dealer, great people and excellent service. I'd highly recommend to anyone.
