The workers there are absolutely rude. There was a short women working the tills and was mumbling rude remarks under her breath. Very hostile atmosphere. The lanes were not working for 90% of our game. It started giving us random points. The manager was friendly, the staff were not even willing to give us their name, poor manners. The manager refused to give us a refund. Wouldn’t recommend.

The bowling was very issue free and everything worked fine, staff are friendly too. It needs some refurbishment though and some of the arcade games didn't work. Apart from that its a really good local bowling alley.

We had a great time. Food and drinks were reasonably priced, staff were friendly and helpful. Lane 7 was a little bit wonky, but we had fun none the less.

They allow their online system to overbook lanes. Then you arrive only to find out that they decided to reject you....and then you get to explain to your children why they don't get to go bowling. Poor service only made worse by management attitude.

Terrible, terrible stay away. After trying to book online we couldn't pay just had temporary bookings and was told confirmation will be sent along with how to pay but it can take up to an hour . Tried calling as my bowling session was meant to start with in the 60 minutes of confirmation email. 15 minutes in hold no answer. We live 40 minutes away from the place so made the decision not to go as the weather was terrible didn't want to drive just to be turned away. Good job we didn't drive as 2 minutes before the session due to start I've received email saying that it's not available not apology or anything.
