Angelica Gregory is a spectacular listing agent! She really took care of every detail and walked me through the house sale step by step. This could have been a tremendously stressful experience, but Angelica was so on top of everything, I never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks. She staged my house herself, and by the time she got done with it, it looked like a model home. She lined up a painter and termite company, who were both wonderful and reasonably priced. She is super efficient, personable, and brilliant! Angelica took care of all the issues that came up during the process immediately and perfectly. All the advice she gave me was totally right on accurate. There aren't enough stars to give her, she is the absolute best!

I’m not usually inclined to write reviews but... Angelica Gregory is hands down THE BEST Real-estate agent! My husband and I could not be more pleased with our experience working with Angelica. She was AWESOME! My husband and I were buying our first home during a crazy time in the market and she was so helpful and knowledgeable about every last detail. She always answered all of our questions and really helped us to be successful in finding our dream home! We could not have landed the home of our dreams without her guidance. We really appreciated all the late night calls and accommodations to our schedule. She was fantastic. I cannot say enough how wonderful she was to work with. 10 out of 10 in my book! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Even my father in law who has worked with so many realtors to purchase several income properties was so impressed with her and how responsive and professional she was! Needless to say if anyone I know ever needs a recommendation for a realtor I would recommend her hands down.

Angelica Gregory was referred to me by a family member who had worked with her on buying a home successfully. After meeting and working with numerous agents throughout the years, I can say with 100% confidence that Angelica is the absolute best! She took me to multiple showings a week during my two month search and was always willing to answer my myriad of questions as a first time buyer. And when she did not know the answers, she went the extra mile to figure them out for me in such a timely manner. Often times, I would email a question late at night and receive a reply within minutes! Once I had an offer accepted, Angelica walked me through the entire escrow process, and even offered me her own personal contacts for repairs that needed to be done after closing. And now that I have successfully closed, she is STILL following up with me to ensure that I am fully taken care of. She has always made me feel like I am her only client, and I feel like I received a very customized overall experience. I also appreciate that Angelica's husband, Robert, helped tremendously when he did not have to do so. I don’t typically take the time to write reviews, but I must say it was an absolute pleasure working with Angelica. She had a great understanding of what we were looking for in a new home and her work ethic is second to none. Between my wife and I both working and having a new baby at home, it was logistically challenging to look at homes but Angelica was always accommodating and did whatever was needed. Not only did she sell our current home for a great price, we ended up getting a new home we were thrilled with. Angelica also helped point us in the right direction in regards to some home improvements we wanted to do as well. We anticipate this being the last move we’ll make but if that ever changes, Angelica will be our first call.

I highly recommend them! Selling a home and moving to a new state is never a easy thing to do but the Gregory Team did an amazing job taking care of everything for me. In a field where it seems every person just checks the boxes, the Angelica went above and beyond to be help me with all the big and tiny details of selling, thinking of everything to save me some money in the process! Even after a buyer backed out they had another one lined up in no time! I was amazed at the level of detail and care they had toward helping me sell my home!
