I couldn't recommend this company more. I only ordered a 500g bag and they couldn't have been more helpful. Chloe the business manager couldn't have been more helpful and the instant chat function is fantastic and Chloe is quick to respond. If you want coffee beans this company is the best to go with for customer service.
We ordered a Christmas present a few days ago. It was reported 'destroyed' by the courier. WCC replaced it immediately together with a gift, although it was not their fault, which was delivered within 24 hours. Can't fault them, great service, and a refreshing change from the usual service from companies. Would highly recommend them from this experience.
Great coffee taste and great customer service. One of my coffee packs had a hole and when I contacted them back within a couple of days they send me new one. Happy to re order again once I finish my coffee.
Quick delivery, the coffee smells and tastes great and all this at a good price!
