After having an issue with a flat battery on an e60 BMW, I called to get clarification on which Banner battery I needed. Dennis had great patience in communicating with Banner cross-referencing parts to make sure it was correct for my car (a minefield in itself!) Upon visiting the store, Dennis first and foremost tested my current battery to make sure all was well, not only once, but twice. After me carrying out an overnight charge it seemed to have done the trick and not only did Dennis not sell me a battery which ultimately wasn't required, but he didnt want anything for the tests carried out! A true gent, not many about these days
