Each home is constructed with knowledge, compassion and a modern flare! Each home is individual and all your wants and needs are addressed. I too have had problems with Alliance Construction and know of others. I have been waiting for over a year for them to come back and repair drywall cracks. They also promised to come and fix the parking area and driveway they installed after my cars started sinking. I ended up paying another contractor to redo the work done by Alliance. Seems like a nice guy but beware.
Lack of communication, does not respond.. constantly have to email. A nice guy in person, but that is honestly a face I believe he puts on.. never puts action into the promises he gives. Workmanship is horrible... Let him in my house for 2 weeks to fix problems with the home. He left my doors unlocked, and didn't even work on my house. This is not someone I would recommend to build or in fact work on your house. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY CHARM. I've even spoke to past employee that worked for this individual and they say the same thing.. He constantly lies through his teeth.
