I cracked my phone just a little bit but so there was not a lot of cosmetic damage. However I was left with a flashing screen of lines. I worked with 911 Repair to see if they were able to fix my phone and find out the cost. They made sure I knew all of my options for cost including the insurance options with my cell phone provider. I opted to go with 911 because the cost difference was not that much off from the insurance claim I would have to make and it was more convenient for me just to fix my old phone. Once the manager was able to figure out the actual part I needed to order on Sunday afternoon, the part was shopped over night and was repaired by Tuesday evening. My phone looks brand new and works great!! I greatly appreciated that the management was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous! I would definitely would recommend anyone who is in need of any major or minor repairs to come to 911 Cell Phone Repair. They are able to help you on the spot and work to assist you in a very timely manner!!!

I literally only gave them a review to get a cheap screen protector along with my new screen. But, now I’m truly reviewing them. I have had to go in multiple times because my touch on my screen no longer works as well as it did with my SHATTERED screen. They keep claiming they can fix it and give me new screens because they are “defective” now I have to go spend another 100 for someone to actually fix my phone. Thanks for making me waste my time and money

They were very professional and nice. They came to me and repaired the screen on my iPhone 7 in just 15 min! I will always come to the friendly people of 911 phone repair to fix my phone whenever I need it fixed. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

I’ve broken my phone more times than I can even remember and every time these guys have helped me out. From shattered glass screens on several occasions, a new battery, even screen protecters, this place is the best. Usually, takes 30 minutes or less and the work is done right in front of you.
