I have absolutely zero words. My \psychiatrist\ Dr. Paul Murphy is completely unprofessional and I don't know how or why he still has his medical license. I met with him this past Monday needing to discuss my current state and medications, and also to get on some new medication for my mental health. First of all, his office is a mess – patient questionnaires are scattered all over the place. He didn't fully go through my papers before seeing me and immediately took off his mask when we were both sitting down in the room. I told him about the current symptoms I'd been having and the trauma I had gone through. When asking about my trauma, he asked deeply personal and insensitive questions and didn't try to ease into the subjects. Blunt and careless. He prescribed me a mood stabilizer and also upped my antidepressant dosage. I was just happy to finally get on something that could potentially really benefit me. Of course, the first few days I didn't feel any differently because this was a new medication. Then, for the last couple of nights I haven't been able to sleep. During the day I have shortness of breath, a dry mouth, fast pounding of the heart, and my anxiety is through the roof. I then contact my pharmacist and tell them about my current situation. They tell me to IMMEDIATELY stop taking this new mood stabilizer – this specific mood stabilizer and my current antidepressant are NOT supposed to be taken with one another. You'd think someone in this field would at least have the decency to CHECK before doing something like this to a patient – or at least KNOW. Paul Murphy needs his medical license taken away from him. He is unprofessional, insensitive, and has zero regards for his patients. He made me feel so utterly uncomfortable the entire duration of the appointment. Trust your gut and trust your body.

The med specialist was very confident in helping me make a decision with my daughters medication. I was scared to put her on any because she was only 7 but she is now thriving in online school. She talks to her teachers, sings, and is excited to learn. This place saved my daughter from having panic attacks and now she is a joy. Thank you so much!

Well, what can I say about this place. Our son was scheduled to get a screening for ADHD and they basically ended up making us do several trips when they said only one test would do, only to tell us that they needed more tests. It was ineptitude, rather than anything else for the need to make more \appointments\. We bailed and went to South Central and it was night and day difference. We ended up getting billed for test results that were never provided. Don't go here. Save your time and go to a real professional.

I initially had a good first visit regarding my mental health issues but the follow-up care was almost non existent. I had concerns about medications and the side effects I was having and Tamara didn't always get back to me and would wait until our next scheduled appointment. She put me on a medication that works for most people but had trouble believing that it didn't work for me. I felt like she was not empathetic whenever I really needed help and guidance on the next steps for my care. I tried my best to stay with her but soon realized that a different doctor who tried to be more caring and understanding would be more fitting for my situation. I recently switched to another doctor because I feel like my mental health could have been resolved a long time ago.
