Our firm had used four CPA firms ranging from small to large over the past decade as we've grown rapidly and eventually needed an audit, which led us to AGH. We've been with them for 3 years now. Frankly, I was stunned at the step-up in professionalism. Sometimes you just don't know how underserved you are until you see the contrast. Audit, tax, consulting... it's all been superlative and I'm genuinely grateful because business is tough enough without 1) having to chase your accountant around for an answer, 2) doing their thinking for them 3) reminding them of their quote and debating billing or 4) dealing with, uh, non-delightful people. Congrats, AGH, on a universally great team.

Customer service is terrible. Not informative, and they stop answering the phones way before 5pm during the week.
