My wife and I walked around this store for almost an hour and was never once greeted or asked if we needed any type of help. The place was pretty much completely empty and all 10 people on staff pretty much ignored us. Was looking for a place to open a baby registry but after the cold shoulder we received we're going to look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful experience with Michelle when we purchased a glider for our nursery. Not only did she work to get us the best deal with coupons and other incentives, when there was an issue with our electronic receipt, she fixed it by retrieving our order from the mothership and sending it to us. I don’t know much about baby things yet but I do recognize good customer support when I’m spending real . Thanks Michelle!
