I presume that they did a very good job on my chimney. The original price was high, but we were able to get a discount since the initial inspection and estimates were free. They completed the task within two hours. They had to replace my liner which was about 10 years old. Upon inspection, they pointed out how the previous company has done it wrong. At first, I can't really understand it, but they took their time to explain it to me and showed me images of the problems.

This is honestly the best company in the area for chimney cleaning and repair. I have used one other service and that experience was not positive. Both my neighbor and I both had Craig come out, and he has been Awesome! The guy really knows his chimney stuff. He's always on time, always has the job done on time, and always comes in at cost. We feel confident whenever Craig comes out, the job is going to be done right.

I did not know who to call when my chimney started to leak smoke into my house. My chimney was so clogged that it took them 2 days to clean it all out. They repaired the crack and put a chimney cap on for a reasonable price. The communication and service was good, thanks guys!
