I will never again step foot in another Chipotle, nor will I ever give them another dollar. Chipotle encourages the children they have working for them, to yell at you, and berate you in front of the entire store. Then, the district manager, Reina, will call you and support those kids' treatment of Chipotle's guests. If Chipotle ever reads this, I would highly recommend firing Reina, and teach your employees how to treat their guests. This review deserves less than a star, wish we could give stores negatives. Bottom line, boycott Chipotle for their treatment of guests.

Good food. Can I say that again: good food. For people who have medical conditions and can't wear a mask, why not just quit whining and stay home and use a delivery service instead of risking yourself and others? It's a no brainer.
The managers at this location seemed friendly, but talked down and belittled their employees. One of the employees seemed like they were just starting out and had to complete some sort of tasks on a tablet. The managers made comments because he was taking his time doing so. Including, “One girl started after you and finished before you” “How are you not done yet? Come on man” Where I can see how him taking his time may seem like an inconvenience for the managers. I saw it as him taking his time and thoroughly completing the tasks so he can do his job successfully. Which is what mangers should promote. If the mangers see this, especially the one who wears the white mask, do better and treat your employees like they should be treated. You need them more than they need you.
I have not been so impressed with a place in a long time! My daughter has a gluten allergy and they took it so seriously! Not only did he change the gloves he had on but the spoons as well! We will definitely be back!
Pretty good tasting food. Its up there with one of the best mexican restaurants in Wichita. Wish they didn't charge extra for queso or have spicy queso. Prices are fair compared to other places. Service is pretty quick as well.
