I ordered computer Jan 18th. Website said all parts were in inventory and would ship 2 weeks later. 6 weeks later shipping date is still 3 weeks out. HORRIBLE! #GYST

Best computer buying experience ever! You get tons of customizations you can choose to include in your pc. The ordering process was easy and up to date at every stage. Upon recieving the pc it exceeded all my expectations. Definitely the best pc I have ever owned and after a few weeks of use it's running like a champion. I would buy another pc or rather I will be buying my next and all pcs here. The quality is top notch.

The worst choice you can make for purchasing a PC. Please choose another company and save yourself a lot of trouble. The people are friendly. The major problems lie in their poor communication amongst Customer Service staff and their abysmal shipping/packaging. I tried to get a proper working computer 3 times. 2 arrived damaged because of poor packaging. 1 arrived with parts that didn't work and some that weren't even wired correctly. A friend of mine had a great experience with this company a couple years ago and recommended them to me. I don't know if they have different management now but, that friend is embarrassed to see what has happened during my effort to acquire a new PC from Cybertron/CLX Gaming. Don't be fooled by the two names. They are the same, terrible company.

Not answering the door. I called before i showed up and was told y'all had what I needed. I said I'll be over to the store in a few minutes. The person on the phone did not say not to come to the store. I show up. Go to door. Its locked. Thats cool. There's a note on the door \call this number to use the lobby\ 2 different numbers both go to the same robot from my first call. Ok call the numbers and wait 40 minutes to get an answer. Only for that guy to say the same thing you just said. And still not offer to help me get what I was there for. Keep your one star. Its not just because you didnt open the door.

It has been a week and my order status has not changed. Power supply, CPU cooler and motherboard. I have sent e-mails and have sat on hold for over 20 min and holding.... All my other parts from 2 other sites are here Your Order Status Confirmation We are performing a final confirmation on your order. We may reach out to you to confirm everything on your order and to insure everything meets your expectations The order flow shows 5 more steps until it ships! Never again ..... I actually just talked to a guy who was nice but says they ordered the parts and it is going to be another 11 days on top of 7 I have already waited. So I order from the site and they order from some place else and send it to me. He was nice and said he would see if they can just ship it to me and said he would get back to me. Nice guy who I talked to but this is not a real business if you want something in a reasonable amount of time. Never again....
