Until recently I thought that this company was serious and committed to what it does but the truth is that I am very disappointed, I sent a package to Mexico and it has been time after the delivery date and it turns out that they cannot deliver my package until the The person who will receive the package sends them a plane ticket so that they can send it as luggage. It is an express delivery so I think your argument to retain my package seems stupid and with great sadness I dare to tell everyone not to send more by this means since they do not comply and only make excuses to be able to deliver your package

Ordered a rather expensive package from Etsy. Got a email stating it was delivered. Got home. No package. No note. Got online, my package was signed for my a first initial and a last name, absolutely no idea who that is. I call them and they say it was delivered to a neighbor and go ask them, they said this at least 3 times. Each time I responded with I do not know my neighbors I'm not going to go knock on a bunch of strangers doors looking for a package that shouldn't have been signed for by someone NOT AT MY ADDRESS in the first place. Still currently waiting for them to find this neighbor and get my package to me. Completely unprofessional. Update sounds like they don't even know where it's at. Add they can't tell us the address to just go get it ourselves. Great company they've got there.

Have not received our package, drivers have told us twice they would deliver it and never got to us. Now it's a holiday so instead of it being here 5 days ago as it should have been its gonna be 9 days customer service sucks
