Dr Grizzell is an excellent surgeon. I recently had to have a very risky major open heart surgery. He explained everything he would be doing & although very scary, my wife & I knew he would provide the best care for me. He is honest & also respectful & understanding. Dr Grizzell is one you can have complete faith he will do his best for you. Highly recommend Dr Grizzell!

Dr Grizell did my heart bypass surgery in August of 2019. I went for my two week checkup after the surgery and seemed to be doing fine so he released me from his care. On my way home that same day I had a heart attack, one of my bypasses had failed. I went to the hospital in my home town and I asked them to call Dr Grizell, he wouldn't talk to them and told them to call my cardiologist instead. Nowmt husband had bypass surgery in March before my surgery, and his Dr didn't release him till six weeks after his surgery, even though he had no issues with his surgery. Dr Grizell not only released me from his care early by a month, but couldn't be bothered with me when I had a heart attack.
