I had my first appointment scheduled for over a month. I received a letter in the mail that this office had tried reaching me to reschedule my appointment. I contacted their office only to find out that they had not been trying to call me, but they wanted to let me know that they could not take new patients with United Health Kancare. I have waited for this appointment for awhile as I have been having strokes. I seriously needed to see a neurologist ASAP. They completely misinformed me in the letter they sent and didn’t even send that letter until 1 week ago. Now, I have to wait even longer to see a specialist. I had heard good things about Dr. Genilo and was thankful that I was going to have him as a neurologist. Sadly, that won’t be happening for me as they won’t take my state provided insurance that I had to get due to Covid pandemic taking my job.

Dr. Genilo has been my neurologist for many years. He is an excellent doctor who listens to you, explains your situation, and has a great bedside manner. I can feel that he really cares about the patient. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a neurologist.

We have been to many doctors over the years for ourselves and kids and he has probably the best bed side manners I've ever seen!! Very patient, takes time to answer questions, and seems to genuinely care about his patient! Hopefully you never need to see a specialist, but if do he is an excellent choice!

Dr.Genilo has some of the best bedside manner I have ever experienced! He was very kind, patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every step of the experience and made sure I understood exactly what was going on and the condition he diagnosed. I left feeling very comfortable with the answers I received. Would highly reccomend!!
