I don't know what's up with this location. I thought it was just a bad day, but the last few visits have just been all bad. They never have the correctly sized cups, pre-ordering on the app is pointless (they never have anything in stock it seems), I've been shorted on my hash browns and I don't think they clean the ovens properly because the hash browns actually taste like the oven. My chai was mostly foam today and they gave me the wrong donut. I did get a refund because they were missing the turkey for my power sandwich. In a previous my avocado toast was missing the toppings completely as shown in the photo. I will NOT be going to this location anymore for any reason.

Really good service! Greeted right away upon entering the shop. Drinks were perfectly made. The donuts were nice and fresh.
Used drive through. They were very patient at the speaker despite the wind. Ordered and paid for two doughnuts and a coffee. Wasn't till driving off I found I received one doughnut. I forgot the cardinal rule of drive throughs - look in your bag Before driving away. Just as well. The one I received was a bit stale.
When I was a kid Dunkin was all I would eat when it came to doughnuts they were outstanding! The store was clean and the employees were nice. Their doughnuts just don't do it for me anymore. Their drink assortments are great!
- The peach passion fruit dunkin refresher 10/10 ( WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND) -The strawberry dragon fruit dunkin refresher 1/10 ( it tasted like normal cold tea with 0 flavor. The service is great and very fast!!! The place is a bit crowded. I would recommend downloading the dunkin’ donuts app, you get points every time you order from the app and you could literally just walk in and either take your order or get it from the drive thru. I’ve seen a couple of coupons in the app, nothing wow but like you could find a couple of offers.
Dunkin is my favorite coffee. I have been drinking Dunkin coffee for 50 years. Rock Road Dunkin is my favorite Dunkin in Wichita. The employees are always friendly, courteous and helpful when I'm undecided.
I experienced great customer service in the drive thru. The gentleman helping me was so patient with me when explaining what donuts were available as they were limited because I went at the end of the day. Getting donuts from here is our new favorite treat, they're always delicious!
Wonderful place great atmosphere very clean i really like the manager Tara there she so nice and explains everything if anyone there can fix it that's her go to her mainly for anything she so understand and works with fixing anything wrong and does it her self there needs more wonderful amazing people just like her go see her she will always but a smile on your face she great
