After calling the store more than 20 times to check on an order I purchased, no one answered the phone all day. I am extremely disappointed in the service and never received any updates.

They lost my order and had to get someone else to find my ticket. 10 minutes After they found my ticket they turned around and literally grabbed the box with my name on it. The arrangement was OK but way over priced for what I got and could have gotten cheaper elsewhere.

Horrible quality. Arrangement looked nothing like advertised and fruit wasn't even close to being ripe. Strawberries were still WHITE through and through, grapes were mush and melon tasteless. Furious at the poor quality for 80.

Great service! I accidentally wrote the wrong delivery address on my order and the delivery driver called me and went out of her way to make sure my order got delivered to the right person. I wish I knew her name! Thank you!!

Ordered some strawberries for my mom and had them delivered. They were very fresh and the arrangement was perfect! She absolutely loved them! Definitely would recommend this location!!

Not too many people can say they have almost 20 orders with edible arrangements. I ordered another arrangement for my wife on Valentine‘s Day. Told the store it was an elementary school that closes by 2:30 which they said no problem. Even mentioned they could tell that since the address specified the school name showing some promising customer service. Paid extra since it was a holiday delivery. Come to find out, the status of the order was still being arranged at the store when I called around 3:30. They apologized with nothing more than an offer for ME to pick them up at the store and to remove the delivery charge... if I were picking them up then I would ASSUME there wouldn’t be a delivery charge. Then they offered to have it out for delivery “first thing in the morning”. Now here it is at 4:30pm the next day and the delivery still hasn’t been made. Not happy at all with this type of customer service. I will NEVER use them again.
