Called over the weekend and spoke w/ the customer rep named Garret. Really nice guy, took care of the double 30 charges Evergy was trying to make me pay for my bank draft bouncing back. Suburb service though made the call less frustrating.

Awful company and no other company to go to! They overcharge you crazily. I'm not at home almost the whole day and I'm still paying almost 200 a month. I wish I could switch.
Temperature is 0 and rolling blackouts, or so they say, have had our electricity off for 6 hours. No answer at service for over 4 that we've tried. Was only supposed to be one hour maximum.
