Fun experience. Like that they have a separate party room for groups. The video game graphics seemed a bit old fashioned -- I was expecting better graphics. Great concept though at a reasonable price.
The place is decently cool, but both times I have been I received terrible service. The first time, I went with a friend and we played two games. The fist went fine, but the second game crashed about a minute in. It took probably five minutes to get it set back up, but they didn't reset our game clock so we were just out the time that it took them for technical difficulties. Not the largest deal, but not great either. Then, last week a lot of my friends and I had a day off together so I suggested we go. They hadn't been and I didn't want to judge them based off the one experience. This time, there was no one in the room before us, but the employee waited behind the counter until 30 seconds before the game stared to give us our controllers, so the game auto-selected the same character for almost all of us, and he told us how to play while the game was already running! When I asked him why he did this earlier, he just said, "Oh, I was in a hurry so I just selected for everyone so it would be faster." When you are paying 8 a person for a 20 minute game, I expect a little better service. It left a really bad taste in all our mouths and we will not be going back.

My son had his birthday there 10/03/2015 and everyone absolutely loved it including the adults! They had the Wii U for the other kids who may wanted to sit out! Great customer service and very accommodating we will be back:)
The virtual games are custom made and lack some luster of a professional experience. We had a birthday party there and the employees seemed very unorganized on the flow of the party and rushed us through so they could "clean up" for the next party even though we still had time left on our appointment. For the expense I wouldn't do it again or recommend this place.
The atmosphere, employees, and quality of the gaming experience were all professional and fun. Loved it and will definitely go back!
