Yesterday I called about the sound bar and/or the Ruko television. It was distorting the sound and becoming louder. I called to arrange for someone to come to my home for repair. An appointment was set for 10:30AM today. However this never happened because they never showed up. I did get a request to review my contact with them, and I did wait on the phone for an extensive amount of time before reaching an agent (around 45 minutes). I did not reply to the review request because I have not received the requested service. I also purchased a contract that they would come to my house for repairs for a year. This neglect is not good business for the Geek Squad, Best Buy, or customer relations. Now, I will have to begin again waiting on hold in order to accomplish what I had believed was set up.

THIEVES! Don't use them for Apple!! Apple sent a replacement for my iphone through them. They handed me a phone that doesn't work and insisted it does! The screen was flashing! The manager said they ran a check 3 times and there's nothing wrong with the phone and insisted it's the new one from Apple and that I have to take it. Im sure Apple sent a new one and they swapped it with this broken one! Go through apple mail to avoid this!
I took my iPhone 11 Pro Max speaker in to get looked at and replaced under the 3 month apple warranty. After claiming they replaced it, the speaker stopped working again the next day. I then took the phone back in to see what they could do. they ran diagnostics. The diagnostics said that nothing was wrong with any of the hardware on the phone (even though I was showing them that the speaker obviously didn’t work) they said there was nothing that they could do if apples system was showing no issues. I don’t think that they replaced my speaker at all in the first place. I think as long as them and apple are having to do things under warranty, they don’t really care about you as a customer. I wasn’t offered any advice at all besides buying a replacement phone at FULL price.
I ordered online for pickup. Calling ahead to arrange pickup was over 1 1/2 hours on hold, never spoke with anyone. Called Corp in Minn and got same on hold music and 15 minute hold until I hung up. Cancelled my order and went to Walmart for same price.

I called, made an appointment for help with my printer. When I arrived & spoke with the tech he told me they can't work on printers!
I took my computer in to fix an issue with my hard drive, they couldn't fix the issue, they called me one the phone and explained the news and told me that I can pick up my computer when ever is convient,(now I'm a person who works 60 hours a week) so I waited 3 or 4 days untill i had a morning off, I showed up this morning only for them to tell me that I wasn't allowed in the store and had to do my pick up electronically, and then when I asked how I could do this they simply said, come back at 1 the power might be back on, so no only could they now fix my computer they went back on leting me pick up my computer and used the corrona virus as an excuse
Geek Squad technician Guillermo was extremely helpful in a stressful situation. My daughter's computer was blinking and acting like it was about to die, and finals week was quickly approaching. She had been having consistent problems with it since we bought it for her high school graduation in May, and Guillermo diffused my frustration quickly and efficiently by helping us exchange it for a new, hopefully more reliable computer. He saw that her documents & textbooks were transferred over before her flight back to college on Monday. I feel like he went above & beyond, and my confidence in Best Buy is restored.
