If you plan on building a home or are too afraid to build a home because of the daunting process, you really must visit GJ Gardner showroom and meet the staff. This is a cut above in building experience and I am just getting started. in my previous experience in buying a spec home, I had to deal with mass people, large showrooms that were disorganized and had so many choices with little or no help in navigating, and sheets of builder papers to read while trying to digest grout choices. After touring a GJ Gardner home I met with the team at the GJ Gardner showroom and was immediately impressed. The place is smaller, more organized, and JUST AS MANY CHOICES! Add the team that is warm, friendly, and so very helpful.....this is a win! GJ Gardner is a place to start your dream home whether you are experienced with picking out tile grout or NOT which I am not. This place is where you go when you want to be taken care of and have the most dedicated people helping you.
