I have dealt with several companies regarding replacement of windows, none of them ever compared to glass doctor! They wore booties over their shoes to protect the carpets of our clients, and never made a mess. They are fast, friendly and very dependable. I'll always recommend them . Hands down best company in town.

Glass Doctor installed windows at my home. They arrived a clean van. They put their mat down and put shoe covers on. I thought these guys care about my house. The specialist was dressed in uniform and measured for the estimate. Installation was quick and the finished product was excellent. Way to go Glass Doctor!!! I would recommend Glass Doctor to anyone

They ask for half payment up front to order glass then they will bill you the rest when job is finished to a credit card. They have billed me twice and have not fixed the glass yet. Called to correct issue and they are not able to correct or fix problem of billing twice. I will apparently wait to see if they can correct problem or if they come back and fix glass now they have been paid for the whole job first. Either a mistake they can't fix or this is how they do business.

I understand the owner of this company is actually the owner of quite a few businesses. While that is certainly an accomplishment, if quality of service is an issue, there is clearly a problem. I was given three different stories of why my agreed upon quote almost doubled for one mirror within 24 hours. The issue was not that the quote was raised, it was that the owner would not take responsibility for why it was raised - they did not place the order when we requested them to and the company they were subbing the material out to could no longer meet the material quote the next day. I was also given the story that the original material quote price still stood, but the labor was raised because the estimator didn't quote himself enough time to install and so the owner added more labor cost. Either way, both explanations should not be reason to raise the already quoted and approved cost for the customer . Unfortunately the company refused to honor their original quote, and the order was canceled before any funds were paid. We found another glass sub in the area who is handling it for less and for a quicker lead time. I understand quote mistakes, but refusing to acknowledge when it is your fault, even if you can't do anything about it and need to cancel the order so you don't lose money, is unprofessional and disappointing.
