**Update** After about a month of going back and forth I finally got my refund. They also gave me a little extra. I probably still won’t order delivery but I will be back. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM HERE! If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a delivery order for this location an hour before I wanted it delivered. After my delivery was 30 min late and still not there I called the store. After being hung up on 5 times someone finally answered. She was very rude and unprofessional. She couldn’t tell me if they had my order or if it would ever be delivered. I asked for a refund and she said well I guess I can take down your name and number and have a GM call you back. I said that was fine. She proceeds to tell me how back logged they are and how someone was there by them self and it won’t stop printing tickets for a certain person. Said she needed to go and I could call back in 30 min to leave a name and number and then hung up on me. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life and I will never order from or visit this location again. This place a gone downhill since ownership changed. I called their corporate office as well so no need to leave the number in the reply. I just want my refund for the order I never got.

I frequent the Mr Goodscents on Rock Road often and normally is good service but when I visited last Sunday it was a completely different outcome. I ordered the Nickel deal, which is a sandwich and a drink for 5.00. The woman (an African American woman with very short blue hair) taking my order was not very friendly from the time I ordered my sandwich. I paid and she gave me my sandwich but not my cup for my drink. I said can I have my cup for my drink, she said you didn't order a drink, I said I ordered the Nickel deal did you not charge me right and I looked at my receipt and I was charged for the Nickel deal. She ignored me and I said it again and she said well I didn't charge you for the drink and you didn't order a drink but just take it and very rudely gave me a cup, I said doesn't it come with the Nickel deal and she just walked off as I was talking to her. I said who is your manager and she said i am the manager, I said if your the manager you guys have problems, and she just ignored me. I have never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful at a business and I will not be returning and have spread the word about it to other people.
My Father and I drove 10 minutes from Andover just to grab a decent sandwich, and luckily goodcents helped me achieve this goal. All we have is a Subway where employees ask me what meat goes in the sandwich that is currently in a picture on the menu behind them, and then use day old bread to do so. Its very sad. Thank you Goodcents. I wish you were closer
