Having done business with Haddock Computer since 2000, I have NEVER been disappointed in the products or service provided. Staff has ALWAYS been personable and have demonstrated only the highest integrity in their services. Words alone do not seem adequate to convey how much I appreciate the service "after" the sale I have received from these folks. Such is the reason I have and shall remain "loyal" to the people who have been loyal to me for so many years.

Are customer service reps not required to greet and take care of customers anymore?.....Walked into Haddock, I greeted the staff.....staff was to busy chatting with each other I doubt they even heard me.....started looking at laptops received no approach or assistance till I had a question. 3 people in that tiny place at least 1 could of walked over and greeted me. No Mac books in stock due to the snow storm. If you are in business to sell a specific product you should always have stock.......Took my business right over to Best Buy where I was greeted and approached by every staff member that came in sight and walked out with my new Mac Book Air. \u003c3
I have never had a good experience with Haddock computer. Years ago in my late teenage years, I was shopping for a computer and looking at a display model next to their main check out desk. A lady that worked there (I think the owners wife) started yelling at me for being too close to their cash drawer... I wasnt even close to their register and took offense and told her she just lost business and that she was rude. (im fairly clean cut and at that time kind of a nerd) Years later I went to their new location to inquire about a new macbook pro, figured I would give them another chance. Big mistake, I asked about educational pricing like apple gives online and he said they dont do that. I informed him that best buy will honor the apple educational price. The young kid called me a "liar" and said "Best Buy is an idiot". That was enough for me, im done and hopefully everyone else is as well. (yes years ago I bough a G3 laptop from them, bad experience but I believe I have shared enough already)
