My husband and I were needing to make repairs to the soffits and ended up needing a new roof on the back part of our home before it sold. We contacted Handyman Connection after hearing great reviews and we were not let down. The owner, Jeremiah, was extremely professional, answered all our questions, helped us figure out what we needed and he had a gentleman out to do the estimate within a day or so. The repairs were within a week and it was finished before we knew it. The work was complete and seamless from the existing roof to the addition. The paint was straight and matched. It was a quick job and the craftsman did amazing! I will definitely be using them for our new home and the many projects we need done and want done right, the first time. Great home-town company!

Jamie and his sidekick Matt did a great job installing 4 interior doors in my basement. One of the doors needed enlarged to accommodate a washer and dryer, and their knowledge of woodworking made it look easy. One of the things that I really liked about them is that they spent good effort cleaning up once they were finished. Like most of us, nobody wants to pick up the mess after the construction team leaves... we just want the finished product. Thanks Jamie and Matt for helping out my family and I in an expeditious manner.

Great experience working with Handyman connection. Scott and David came out 1st thing in the morning. They were even running a few mins late and called to let me know. This was great because I had contacted multiple other handymen that stated they would come out to bid the job and then no showed, no called. Handyman connection was quick to respond and showed up when they said they would. Scott and David, explained the whole process to me and did a great job! Would definitely do business again!

Very poor at communicating and following through on things. Felt like he was pointing the finger or blaming other people, even us, or would come up with excuses for not getting things done. I think the job was too big for him and instead of letting us know, he kept leading us on thinking he was getting things done. Did not complete even the simplest project in 4 months. Handyman was a waste of our time and money.

I’m not quite sure what changed because they were so great with the initial call and appointment to look at my project. The lady that took my request and the guy they came out to look at my project were both great. They came out on a Thursday and they said I would have a quote on Monday. I followed up a week after I was supposed to receive the quote and was told they were waiting on one bid. I tried calling multiple times over the next couple of weeks and never could get anyone at the local office. I finally received an email from a manager that said they were still waiting on a bid but would be passing on my project. I replied back asking if I could get the quote without the last piece of the bid. No reply. They were highly recommended by a friend but I won’t be reaching out to them anymore.
