Sam Hatchet and Kurt Bull were awesome. Sam was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. We got an amazing Hyundai Tucson for a great price, thanks to Kurt. They were a pleasure to work with. Kurt has a great personality and was fun to work with and he knows his stuff. They were not pushy and just trying to get a sale out of you, like a lot of other car dealerships do, they were very patient with us. I Would definitely recommend going to see them.

Craig obviously knows what he's doing, and didn't employ any high-pressure tactics. Very friendly, laid-back and helpful. The same can be said of Kurt in financing. Overall, it was about as good an experience as you can expect when buying a car.
I just bought a new Tuscan and it is the first new car I have ever owned. I love it and Trevor Beisel was so patient and helpful with all of my questions. I wasn't sure if I wanted a used or new car and he showed me both and explained the different benefits and features of each. I normally hate car shopping but the staff at Hatchett makes the process so much better.
If you are looking for a vehicle, we highly recommend Hatchett Hyundai West! Tank (and everyone else we dealt with) was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed or pressured, and have never had such a pleasant car buying experience. (And they have a great selection of new and preowned vehicles!)
First time visiting this location. Nate our service agent, on the service isle, was super friendly and helpful. He listened, was attentive. Gave us a cost saving alternative. We had coffee and water while we waited on a very comfortable couch. He even went the extra mile to try and diagnose a possible tire pressure sensor issue.
