It would be nice if the person barking orders & calling staff members to the front would jump onto a register herself. Even after all the employees, 2 more, came to the front, it was still lined up. She just stood there. Shouldn't managers work alongside their employees? Seriously, get on a register & help out. I waited in line for 10 mins while she just stood there. How unprofessional & lazy. I feel for the employees who work under her.

I love how organized these stores are. It’s so refreshing, especially with craft supplies ;0). The service is good and the product quality is great. I love that they still offer the 40% off coupon every week, which they’ve done ever since I can remember. The only downside is the new location near New Market Square. I try to avoid going anywhere near there, because it’s so chaotic and busy. Great store though.

Clean store, great people. Prices are right about in line not cheap, not high. Had a lot of home decorating items and a vast selection of hobby needs and supplies.

They got many very creative things there. Right now there's a sale, don't know how long 1/26/21 thats a diamond dotz. Most people call it a diamond painting.

Was very organized and we'll put together. Everyone was wearing masks, and the staff helped with locating the merchandise I was seeking. They welcomed me and thanked me. One of my favorite stores
