My mom gave me a 200 dollar gift card here for my birthday. Walked in with my family and the employee was on a ladder and didn’t notice we were there. She walked by us and rolled her eyes and sighed madly looking at us annoyed we were there. We then asked her for help getting something and she ignored us. When we asked her if she was the only one working she said yep! And then proceeded to ignore us. We left and went to the other mall. I won’t spend my money at a place with employees like This.

The employees clearly hate customers and their jobs. Second time I've gone in there to annoyed employees. Closing time or not that's not how you treat a customer.

The lady that is working right now at the west mall hot topic is A (she openned the store today) cant remember her name cause I suck, but she was very very helpful and even called a manager for a answer for us! And in doing so, i spent over 130 there cause she went above and beyond! Thank u!!!
