Fantastic service! They care about their customers and help out in picking or suggesting something to try. Always fast service, and always with a smile, even behind the mask! (It was super hot when I took my pic so it's a little melty.)

This is the only place we've been able to find shave ice like we had in Hawaii! They have options with ice cream in the middle and cream on top (ice cap), and amazing flavors! The only thing that would be better is if they had more flavors like coffee and chocolate. The Big Hawaiian was amazing!
