These guys always do fabulous work. I took a rug that I thought had no chance of looking like new again, however the crew at In The Bag proved me wrong. The rug looked like the day I got it! I also know that the owner Dave believes in his city and does everything he can to help the local community. I see him give away tickets on Facebook to Shocker games just because he wants to share with those that may not be able to otherwise go. Keep up the great work you guys!

My husband and I LOVE the wash and fold service, it is a life saver for our busy schedules! We have experienced nothing but amazing service every time we go in to our location at 21st and K-96. I recommend In The Bag Cleaners to anyone I come across who is looking for a great place to go!
Brought a faux fur blanket in to be cleaned and was advised because my dog had urinated on it they could not clean it in the machine because it would ruin their solution. Makes no sense to me unless they reuse the solution in their machine. Last time I checked the solution should be disposed of and new solution should be used each time someone brings their items in to be cleaned. Thank you for not helping me with my blanket and letting me know you have an unsanitary business and you reuse detergent on your customers items. Sure they will be happy to know. Completely disgusted to know how you "wash" items in your company. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone unless you want some kind of bacteria brought back to your home in your clothes!
The people that work at the Newton office are great. They make sure I get my shirts back on time each week. And, the quality of their work...even repairs...is great.
