They seriously have the best employees. Every time I go in I walk out in a better mood. Very informative too. Always deals deals deals. They do so much more than what I've known dry cleaners to do, and so much easier on the wallet. Now I have a whole list of items to take there!

Upon entering the establishment I was greeted promptly and genuinely. The team member listened to my concerns on the coat I dropped off and made note of them. At pickup I was encouraged to ensure that the coat I dropped off meet my expectations. I would highly recommend In the Bag Cleaners to anyone that is looking to get their dry cleaning done efficiently and properly.
Great customer service, and fantastic on boarding! Everyone made me feel welcome, part of a club, and shared all of their services without feeling overwhelmed or \sold\.
