This place is really good most of the time. I've only had one not so great experience. They do a really good job and prices are decent. This is the most current. They are easy to get into and the place is clean.

Store floors were dirty. Needed to be swept and mopped. Dirty linen on top of plastic storage drawers where towel warmer sits. All surfaces were so dusty, you could write a message in the dust with a finger. Nail stations also dirty with polish, nail clippings and dusty. I had tips and powder color, as well as a pedicure done. Some of my toenails were so jagged after services that they were getting caught up in the bedsheets, like it was trying to shred the fabric. The nail technician burned my fingernails about a dozen times with the electric nail file tool from not using a fast enough sweeping motion and using a higher speed while performing services. She ended up knicking another customer and drew blood before I left. Continuous talking in their native tongue makes customers uncomfortable. The nail shaping needed correction on 8/10 fingernails. For a 4 star average review, there's a lot to grow from what I experienced. I guess I'll keep looking for another salon.
