I'm going to be a minister in a friend's wedding and we went here to look for clothes. The staff was very friendly and they were very thorough in every detail of the clothing. They made sure everything fit and didn't miss a thing. They weren't pushy or trying to get us out before we were ready. The clothes are nice and they even explained the sale to us. Also they were all wearing masks. A great experience.

The mega-men's retailer that also owns the Men's Wearhouse is doing a good job in Wichita. This store has had some weak employees in the past, but on this visit I received fantastic service. The employee was fashion knowledgeable and marked my new suit perfectly for tailoring. Most savvy shoppers know that Jos. A. Bank runs great promotions. If your timing doesn't coincide with a future promotion, they will work with you to get the best deal at the current time. Don't delay your shopping visit if you are waiting for a super deal - they will deal now.

I walked in there store wearing a stained tee-shirt and swim trunks. I was returning shirts that were given to me as a gift. I got the full deluxe treatment. Everyone was friendly and professional. They never judged me or looked down on me. The nice thing about this retailer, is they keep a copy of all their receipts. They found the receipt and it was determined that each shirt was valued at less than 10. I made the decision to donate them to the local men’s shelter. They would have been more than happy to accept the return. I have never had a better shopping experience at a men’s speciality store. I shook the associates hand and vowed to return.

Honestly and truthfully, these folks here at Jos. A. Bank Clothiers are worth a million dollars! Ladies and Gentlemen, you could not ask for better service than right here at Jos. A. Bank! I am serious. No questions asked. The moment I walked in the door to look at buying a new suit, I knew right away I had came to the right place. The staff here truly treats you with "utmost" respect, courtesy, and kindness, and that is no lie. They will gladly accommodate you in any way that they can to make sure you are comfortable with the suit you are buying and that it fits well. I wanted a nice suit that fit great, and felt wonderful. The staff here knew exactly what I was looking for. Before too long, they had me fitted, and with a smile told me that my suit would be finished in a few weeks - just in time for my special event. Perfect timing - the suit was actually finished way ahead of my event, and I was able to get my suit, try it on, and have it in time for my event a few days later. I will be returning back here again! These people know what they are doing, and they do their job well.
