Oil change
I took my car in to L&M for an oil change, knowing that I hadn't done a lot of maintenance on it for the last 5 years. I felt comfortable knowing they included an inspection with their oil change that they would catch any issues. Devin did a great job of explaining the inspection to me, showed me the issues with my tires (I knew I was due for new ones, no surprise!) and helped me schedule out new tires and the other maintenance items I needed so it would better fit in my budget. I was able to wait both times and was out within the hour. Highly recommend!

Once again I had my vehicle in their shop for some more preventive maintenance. Once again, they went above and beyond in professional and friendly service. They are courteous folks who go out of their way to serve their customers. I trust them to take care of my vehicle. I will be back.
First time customer. I was able to drop off over night. It was ready before I was the next morning! They were kind & professional. Plus, I got an inspection report texted to me (nice feature!). And then they followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was okay. The facility was clean (inside and out). The staff masked-up when they saw I was entering the building. I will absolutely be giving my business to them for the foreseeable future!
They also took care of my rotors and wheel hub assembly and brakes Their service is excellent and the employees are very friendly and helpful. Everyone tries to make sure that they do everything possible to make you experience a great one. I'd come back here over and over because of the respect I received from them.
L&M was friendly and professional throughout my experience with them. They helped me make an important decision surrounding a used car purchase and it made all the difference. They have a great team at L&M and you should head their direction if you’re not pleased with your current repair shop!
