I haven't been to long john silvers for years. I had a errand at a store nearby so I thought I would give it a try. It was tasty. Hot and crispy and delicious. I had the chicken and hush puppies. Staff was also courteous and thanked me. I always appreciate that. Great food and service.

I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes but all the food was fresh they should be ready especially at 12:30 in the afternoon
I have eaten at all the Long John Silvers in the Wichita area (and other cities ) and this by far the worst one ever. First off the employees were NOT wearing their masks (you can't eat inside due to covid by the way). Next we ordered 4 different items : 3 sides of fish, 2 sides of popcorn shrimp, 1 2 piece fish meal. They were all put in the same box - is there a box shortage? Next the grease was so old that everything was covered in black/brown speckles ,the fries were so bad eating them was not even a option. Everything we tried to eat had that dirty grease taste. Next the popcorn shrimp was old - very old and tasted bad. Couldn't eat most of it. I won't be back. If I could give a negative star rating I would.
Staff never did get my order right. The correction after the first error was wrong too. Good grief. Never going back.
