Maybe a great doctor but this review is to express my frustration about contacting them. I have been trying for a week now to get a hold of them, on 2 days I even was on hold for roughly 2 hours (cleaned my house in the meantime while having them on speaker). I even left a message to receive a call back, which never came. This is not acceptable!
