Sales associate was very friendly and helpful. Here's where the problem comes in to play. I tried on a pair of pants and loved them. The only problem was they were too long. So she kindly told me it's no problem we can order them for you and ship them to you for free. I thought ok great. So I proceeded with my order, only problem was I didn't have my card on me. So I proceeded to pay with cash and putting the order on a gift card ( which was recommended by a sales associate) . I have no idea how to track my order, and I've called the store it was supposed to be shipped to ( New market square.) They proceeded to tell me they don't know where the order is and I needed to call a 1-866 corporate number. So at this point I told them just cancel my order and I'll come get my refund. They said they can't do refunds after 2 hours an order has been placed. I've been on hold for quite some time with corporate. I'm not happy with their online ordering process that was done in store. I definitely plan on waiting if they ever get them in, Andrew requesting a refund. I've never had such bad customer service trying to track an order I've paid for!! No email correspondence, etc.

Always 5 stars for these ladies. The attitudes and accessibility, as well as the selection of adorable clothing-no matter the season-will have you leaving with a smile on your face! There always seems to be an awesome sale, nevertheless the wardrobe essentials are affordable all the time!! Thanks Ladies for always being fabulous!!
People friendly enough..getting ready to spend over a hundred dollars and we have to next door to go to the bathroom...really..i guess i can spend my money next door.
