As others have stated, from the moment you enter the door ALL staff are quite rude and demanding regardless of payment method. The 1 star is for the physician himself, I would give him a 10, everyone else gets a 0!! There is ZERO covid social distancing in the reception and exam areas!! I arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. After waiting 30 minutes beyond my appointment I approached the desk and suggested we reschedule my appointment because by now it was 3:15, they close at 4:00 and my appointment required 60 minutes to complete. Magically a young lady appeared and called me back. In the exam room she told me because they were out of time, no fault of mine, the doctor would only be performing half my tests. I explained to her I had just paid cash for the full exam and wasn't leaving without the exam. I asked to speak with the office manager, who was conveniently too busy to see me. The doctor came and spoke to me, apologizing multiple times for the staff and completed the exam in full, regardless of the time it took. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy and will be sharing my experience with my referring physician.

Neurology Consultants are focused on money and not patient care. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor and office that cares about your well-being.

I've had nothing but amazing service here from the nurses and doctors. The receptionist is a bit moody but I am not too bothered by that. Dr Murphy was up front about my condition and told me what meds I could try. He got me on a trial for Aimovig and when my insurance did what they do best and deny coverage for the medication, the office had the medication approved in less than 15 minutes. I have yet to be asked to put a credit card on file and they have yet to say not paying a copay will mean I have no choice about rescheduling my appointment. They always send me a statement if I have a balance...so I'm not sure where people are getting you need a credit card on file or you need to reschedule if you cant pay your copay. And personally, if your nose is sticking out the top of the mask and you refuse to fix it, I'd tell you to leave too. It's a freaking doctors office and you should take it seriously that there are people there who dont have a good immune system...how selfish of you. The only problem I have with this clinic is how far from home it is. But you know, I leave early and actually arrive on time. Thank you dr Murphy for helping me with my migraines.
