Parklane Towers is a great facility, I own and run a cleaning company and clean for a few residents in the towers. The gentleman at the front door are always friendly and know me by name. I am very impressed regarding the facility how it is kept up as well as the friendly staff. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a place to live. If you ever have a friend who lives here, visit! The doormen are wonderful. Great "old time" feel to the building, some interesting apartments and some really beautiful views!
My mother in law purchased a condominium here at an auction. It needed a complete remodel which she knew and was prepared to complete. The HOA board here is over the top ridiculous about rules allowing contractors to work on the property. If you purchase here make sure you purchase a completed unit. If not you will have many delays and problems in dealing with the HOA group and building management.
