They are so helpful and knowledgeable! My parents stood in line at best buy, only to be told they could not check a power cord without a reservation!! They tried PC Repair, they checked the power cord in minutes and did not charge! Highly recommend this family business to everyone!

Horrible customer service. I have NO clue how they get ANY business. They laughed in my face when they didn't fix something right, and I asked them to fix it. After having the computer for SEVERAL days and charging me a pretty penny for it. Then asked me if he wanted to show me how to do it..instead of doing it himself, which I paid him to do. And again kept laughing at me. I was not irate, or rude.. I just wanted my computer back and for it to be right. Will never go again. I also would give them negative stars if possible. I called the owner and he won't answer or call me back.
I took my MacBook in for an issue. The issue I came in for was not with my Mac but they told me that my batteries needed replaced. They replaced the batteries and now my Mac loses all battery life after 45 minutes of use. After numerous calls they said that they ordered a new battery but they have never reached out to say they received it and that they would fix my machine. Every time I call, I have to go through the whole thing from the beginning.
Amazing customer service and quick resolution. I bought a new laptop and unfortunately ran into issues when the Microsoft bitlocker turned off after a windows update. I couldn’t retrieve the bitlocker password from Microsoft and needed to reset my laptop to factory settings. HP and other providers wanted and wait times were not ideal. I walked into PC Repair on a Thursday and my laptop was back to me on Friday! They are the ideal solution for the “bitlocker” issue. Keep in mind, if you need your PC or laptop restored because you don’t have your bitlocker password, none of the data stored on your laptop can be retrieved. I learned after the issue that “Bitlocker” is activated when you sign into a new PC or Laptop using your Microsoft ID. To prevent a “locked out” issue just be sure to watch Microsoft’s bitlocker activation videos on YouTube. They explain how to obtain the bitlocker password BEFORE locking your computer, so you always have it moving forward!
