well for being a large corporation in nursing homes in the midwest Presbyterian Manor of Mid-America the people are short-handed they never have enough help the people in the office won't come out and help the pay is low for what they do the nursing staff is understaffed because they always have to stay over and work 12 13 hours a day tell me how the elderly people can be taken care of if they're always understaffed and overworkI think the corporate offices don't know that these that are happening in the main little nursing homes in the area so I think they should take a look deeper look into their situations of understaffing and overworked personnel
